Cancellation Policy
Individual games will be cancelled at time of scheduled game by the consensus of the coaches and referees, or the safety director at their discretion. The individual coaches will reschedule the games with the regional scheduler (Wendy).

IF ALL games need to be cancelled for the day, that decision will be made by 7am on Saturday or 4:15pm during the week (for Div 7 (U6)) during the week. Those games will be rescheduled by the board and communicated through the Divisional Coordinators for each division.
